Gen. Laws Chapter 148, Pumping Apparatus/Driver Handbook, Bldg. Construction Related to the Fire Service, Engine Company Operations, Ladder Company Operations, Collapse of Burning Buildings and Supervision Today.
Passing the exam is the first step in the promotional process, the next step is waiting for a Lieutenant and Captain vacancy to open up.

Captain Henry is a 30 year veteran of the Norwood Fire Department. He grew up in Norwood, graduated from Norwood High and raised his family in town. Captain Henry holds a Bachelor's Degree from Salem State College.
